I'm back!!!!

Assalamu alaikum. It's been over a year and I know it is crazy. So many things happened and things are happening and more to happen with the life I'm responsible to live with. So does my calories. One year ago I was living on my own and foods were on my own search. But now I'm with my parents and my mother does most of the food wonders may Allah reward her.. I cant help to say that yep I'm eating better with larger portions. Alhamdulillah

So, so far for today >>>>>

Breakfast
- A full plate of fried rice with some pieces of
  smashed fried eggs and brinjals                                           :  600  kcal
- 2 cups of Soy protein milk mixed with herbal coffee            :  200  kcal

Lunch
- 1 full plate of fried rice again                                               : 600  kcal
- 2 slices of butterscotch choco raisins with 1 slice of cheese   : 230  kcal
- 1 glass of lemonade                                                            : 10    kcal  

Dinner
- 1 plate of White Rice                                                           : 200 kcal                                                  
- Spicy chicken 2 pieces, forgot which part                             : 150 kcal
- Homemade lemonade                                                          : 10   kcal      

Total calories intake : 2000 kcal !! hooray! ( Alhamdulillah)

hi hi hi Assalamu alaikum

I was such a poor skinny old lady lately. I was on gastritis and it had occupied all my energy and time to keep breathing. It was horrible but yet i was 'happy' coz i could feel myself one of those sufferers who need to be remembered in this life. I was unhappy because it was painful. Alhamdulillah after causing so much worries to others i managed to recover although my body still feels like an old incubator - warming up in process. Alhamdulillah wal hamdulillah thoummal-hamdulillah !

I was yes, off-eating for the past 3 days and not eating was a big help in silencing my HCl excretion. My sis prescribed me medicines that were not in the pharmacy but then i found out that the doctor also chose not to give me those medicines so i personally requested him to exchange with the medicines my sister wanted me to have. He gave but it was so expensive no wonder they didn't fan to have it for the public market. But she was right. It was very effective. I took one and felt almost brand new already. I still have some with me now keeping it just in case I won't be feeling so gastro-phobic anymore :p

Alright, straight to what brought me back here, there come the calories intake of the day --->>>

Breakfast
- Chocolate shake ( 300 kcal )

Lunch
- Laksa penang ( 460 kcal )
- water

Late lunch
- Laksa penang again ( 460 kcal )

Dinner
- Lamb steak rendang ( 260 kcal )
- small piece chicken with soy sauce ( 130 kcal )


Total : 1610 :) not bad at all!

Assalamu alaikum.
I was off-writing because i forgot my password. I re- formatted my internet setting and all the saved password got lost. I have so many funny passwords for my things on internet and forgot half of them. Now i have overcome the problem i gona blog again and post the updates on my calories everyday.

I don't want to start with today coz today i ate little calories. I have moved to Pantai Hillpark where the roads are hilly and I definitely cant just fly out to get food. I have to climb and hike to get to the groceries and still not sure where can i get the groceries around here. I just need to get some times exploring the area. So i just ate things that my mom brought me and they were just small foods that don't give big calories.

So stay tuned. I'm energetically back.
