Today i was not feeling well and my appetite was ok but too tired to prepare food for dinner as i dont go out at night time to buy food. Ensha Allah i will compensate this with more calories tomorrow...

yesterday i forgot to update on my calories consuming. was quite busy and too tired. so here is my list on yersterday's

Morning
- 5 pieces of net bread with marmalade jam ( 300 kcal )
- a cup of milo ( 160 kcal )

Lunch
- 1 packet of instant noodle ( 200 kcal )
- water

Dinner
- 3 pieces of white bread with orange marmalade ( 340 kcal )
- 1 cup of milo ( 160 kcal )

Total : 1160 kcal ( Only !!! )

* as u can see i ate very little yesterday. Being a trainee keeps me crazy and tired. I just can't wait to end this and get a real job that will expectedly make life soother than now.. enshaaa Allah!
